Mission and Objectives
- Connects trainees and young intensive care physicians across borders to shape the future of intensive care medicine through ESICM.
- Prepares the next generation of ICM leaders
- Connects with and represents the younger generation of intensive care professionals
- Enlarges the young community of ESICM
- Adapts educational resources and congress programmes to meet the needs of trainees and young intensivists
- Represents trainees and young intensive care professionals in all structures of ESICM
- Provides a platform for mobility and career development opportunities
