Four ICU Specialists provide a state of the art presentation about the management of critically ill patients with organ dysfunction requiring TPE. In addition to the level of evidence extracted from the literature and the experts’ experience, technical aspects will be presented in a way that allow clinicians at the bedside anticipate barriers to optimal and safe TPE. Last, lessons from patients recently managed with TPE will allow all attendees to prove their clinical skills.
