In this icTV interview, SCCM President Ruth Kleinpell comments on the 2017 World Health Organization (WHO) resolution to improve the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of sepsis. She delves into the continuing difficulties related to the recognition of sepsis on a global public scale and the need to support one of the the Surviving Sepsis Campaign’s core objectives of increasing awareness of sepsis, including its signs and symptoms amongst healthcare workers and the public at large.
