HOW TO GET TO HOTEL DUO IN PRAGUE (Teplická 492, Prague 9) FROM MAJOR ARRIVAL POINTS

  • From Václav Havel Airport Prague (PRG)
    • Option 1: Public Transport (Approx. 50 minutes)
      • 1. Take bus 119 to the final stop Nádraží Veleslavín (approx. 15 min).
      • 2. Transfer to Metro Line A (green) towards Depo Hostivař and travel to Můstek station (5 stops).
      • 3. Transfer to Metro Line B (yellow) towards Černý Most and go to Florenc station (2 stops).
      • 4. Transfer to Metro Line C (red) towards Letňany and travel to Střížkov station (4 stops).
      • 5. Hotel DUO is located right next to Střížkov station (exit towards Teplická street).
    • Option 2: Taxi / Bolt / Uber (Approx. 30 minutes)
      • The fare ranges from 500–700 CZK (€20–30).

  • From Prague Main Railway Station (Hlavní nádraží)

    • 3. Take the Prosek / Střížkov exit and continue onto Teplická Street.
    • 4. Hotel DUO will be on the right side (parking available on-site).

Conference Accreditation

The ESICM LIVES Physiology 2025 organized by European Society of Intensive Care Médicine has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for a maximum of 18 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

Accreditation Statement

Each medical specialist should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

Through an agreement between the European Union of Medical Specialists and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.  Information on the process to convert EACCME® credits to AMA credits can be found at https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications.

Live educational activities occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC® credits are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Information regarding the conversion of EACCME® credits

Credit will be converted based on one (1) hour of participation equalling one credit for all activities. Physicians wishing to convert EACCME® credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ will be required to access the AMA website at https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications to obtain the necessary paperwork and instructions. Physicians and other health care professionals will be required to pay a processing fee to the AMA.
