Moving Teams Across Borders – Reality on the Ground
What happens when a critically ill patient can be transferred across a border faster than an intensive care professional can cross it? This session will explore the practical realities of cross-border deployment, including temporary recognition, regulatory barriers, and proposed changes to the Union Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM).
