Building on the success of the 2024–2025 Transforming Patient Pathway, Workflow & Outcome programme, ESICM launches a second phase to broaden participation and translate learning into clinically relevant improvement projects and scientific outputs. Through structured project incubation, expert mentorship, abstract submission, competitive selection, presentation at ESICM LIVES, and scientific publication, Phase 2 will create a clear pathway from education to implementation and dissemination.
