This pre-congress course provides a comprehensive, practical overview of liver, biliary, and pancreatic disease in the critically ill.

Using a case-based and interactive format, the course focuses on real-world decision-making for intensivists, including management of cirrhosis and acute-on-chronic liver failure, acute liver failure, pancreatitis, liver trauma, post-transplant care, and the intensive care implications of liver and pancreatic surgery.

Particular emphasis is placed on recognition of complications, escalation of care, and timing of referral and transplantation.

After registering for the event, ensure you access the pre-course materials available for study in the dedicated online classroom on the ESICM ACADEMY
