Recognition of ESICM CEO’s leadership and team’s efforts at the European Association Awards 2019
ESICM CEO, Joël Alexandre, was yesterday presented the Gold Award in the category of Association Leadership at the European Association Awards (EEA) 2019 during a lunch-time ceremony in Brussels.
The awards were established in 2017 and acknowledge the vital work that European Associations do, and aim to increase professionalism and best practice throughout associations in Europe. Judging is a stringent process with a jury that includes Secretary Generals representing associations from a broad range of sectors.
Feedback received in writing from the judges described “the solid submission that successfully set out the association’s goals, strategies, approaches and advancement, while clearly referring to the leadership of its CEO Joël Alexandre throughout, and effectively relating his actions to the results presented. Well defined vision and clear results. Impressive achievement with an office of 14 people!”
This award recognises the professionalism and quality of the work carried out by the ESICM team, under the direction of the CEO. We are all very pleased to share this exciting news with our members, as we feel it is something that not only takes account of, but also gives value to, the overall service provided for our 9,000 members across the globe.
