Improving Patient Outcomes through Intensive Care Medicine
Tuesday, 15 May 2012 @ European Parliament
The European Society of Intensive Care Medicine is organising, in collaboration with EPHA, a policy debate at the European Parliament entitled ''Improving patient outcomes through intensive care medicine'' to mark the launch of a two-day exhibition in support of LIFE-PRIORITY. Hosted by Cristian Buşoi MEP (ALDE, Romania), the event will gather key European medical experts and EU decision makers who will discuss the interlinkages of intensive care with policy areas such as health threats, clinical trials and medical devices. Immediately following the policy event, there will be a reception for the official opening of the exhibition, which will showcase life-saving reanimation equipment and offer hands-on training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques (CPR).
