Pre-registrations are now open.

Please note that the availability of the delegate material is not guaranteed to onsite registrants.

Registration procedure 

The Conditions for registration are posted. Please pay attention to the first (24 July 2008 at midnight) and second (05 September 2008 at midnight) deadlines to benefit from early bird fees.

The pre-registration will occur exclusively online and payment will be accepted by credit card only.

Using your credit card (onsite as well) can result in some problems. See the warning hereunder.

WARNING!! Having difficulty with processing your payment? There may be several reasons.

Please check
1. that your computer is set to accept cookies and pop-ups from this site
2. all data fields have been completed (credit card).

If this does not solve the problem, there are several other possible reasons
1. does your hospital/company/server block any sort of internet sites?
2. does your bank accept online transactions?
a. some cards have not been authorised for online payment by the bank issuing the card
b. our security system requires that your bank accepts "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard Secure Code" security keys. Not all banks accept this form of security. We are obliged to use it to prevent credit card fraud.

We obviously cannot resolve these difficulties. You may therefore have to discuss this matter with your bank.
