Global Intensive Care Working Group
Aims and Missions
The purpose of the Global Intensive Care working group is to consolidate and strengthen efforts within the ESICM to improve intensive care medicine in resource-poor countries. This shall be achieved by implementing specific initiatives in these countries as well as by increasing the awareness of the status of intensive care medicine in less developed countries within the Western intensive care community.
