The Executive Committee is offering the ESICM Ordinary and International Members paying their 2008 annual dues, the following discounts

MEMBERSHIP DUES 2008

A client reference (= member ID) has been assigned to all ESICM members in order to invoice them their annual membership dues. There are several payment methods that are listed on the reverse side of this invoice. Please be sure that your client reference and your invoice number (MEMB 2008****) are written in your payment communication. 
The payment form will appear only after having logged in (see ID and password boxes here above). You should then see in the left margin the subchapter My Data you should click on.

Important! Having paid your dues, the payment form is switched off to avoid duplication of payment.

Warning: Processing online or offline payment means at least 10 working days of administrative and financial management. Therefore, if you wish to benefit one of the ESICM activities discounts, your payment should be in at least two to three weeks in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the process and cannot make exceptions. 

Warning: Having difficulty with processing your payment? There may be several reasons.

Please check

1. that your computer is set to accept cookies and pop-ups from this site

2. all data fields have been completed (credit card).

If this does not solve the problem, there are several other possible reasons:

1. does your hospital/company/server block any sort of internet sites?

2. does your bank accept online transactions?

a. some cards have not been authorised for online payment

b. our security system requires that your bank accepts "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard Secure Code" security keys. Not all banks accept this form of security. We are obliged to use it to prevent credit card fraud.

We obviously cannot resolve these difficulties. You may therefore have to discuss this matter with your bank, or you can send us your credit card details by post or by fax on the pdf form hereunder.

NOT PAID MY MEMBERSHIP FEES 2007?

The members who have not paid their membership dues 2007 have been deleted from the Members database. We regret this situation. We would appreciate hearing from you about the reasons to leave our Society. We are looking forward to count you again among our members.

 

MEMBERSHIP DELIVERIES 

At the beginning of the month following receipt of your payment, the Brussels Office will send your name and address to the publisher, Springer Verlag, in order to start the delivery of the journal Intensive Care Medicine. A confirmation letter, together with your membership card, is also sent at the same time. 

The earlier you renew, the earlier you receive the journal! 

Please note that all mailings (Newsletters, Journal and all correspondence), as well as the access to the electronic version of the journal from this website are interrupted until your payment is cashed. 

HOW MUCH SHALL I PAY? 

The following membership dues are valid for the year 2008 (January to December). Ordinary, International, and Associate members shall pay annual fees in the amounts and within the periods set by the Council (Statutes Art 4.7). Please note that the annual dues have not been changed since several years.
