ANNUAL FEESPayment of Membership FeesThe 2012 membership fees must be paid online. Please do the following:
A member ID (= username) has been assigned to all ESICM members in order to invoice them their annual membership dues. Please use this reference in any communication to the office. Important information: Having paid your dues, the payment form is switched off to avoid duplication of payment.
Having difficulty with processing your payment? There may be several reasons, please check: 1. that your computer is set to accept cookies and pop-ups from this site 2. all data fields have been completed (credit card).
If this does not solve the problem, there are several other possible reasons: 1. does your hospital/company/server block any sort of internet sites? 2. does your bank accept online transactions? a. some cards have not been authorised for online payment b. our security system requires that your bank accepts "Verified by Visa" and "Mastercard Secure Code" security keys. Not all banks accept this form of security. We are obliged to use it to prevent credit card fraud. Membership Fee ClassesThe following membership dues are valid for the year 2012 (January to December). ESICM members shall pay annual fees in the amounts and within the periods set by the Council (Statutes Art 4.7). Please note that the annual dues have been changed this year.
In addition, the following options are available to all members :
ESICM MembersAn ESICM member may be any physician residing in or outside Europe, who is interested in intensive care medicine in Europe (as defined in Appendix 1).
