Exhibition and sponsorship guidelines 

How to book exhibition space? 

Exhibition space booking is now available on the Exhibition and Sponsorship Ordering System (ESOS). ESOS will be available for space reservation online until 30 May 2008.

Through ESOS, all requests and orders for exhibition space can be made online as well as orders for additional services and supplies. Orders and details can be reviewed and updated. The online ordering of booth materials will start in April 2008.

Be prepared to register by providing a Username and a Password. Should you meet any problem with ESOS, please contact esicm2008-exhibition@kit-group.org.

Remember: Deadline for booking exhibition space is 30 May 2008.

Exhibitor badges

The calculation and rates of the Exhibitor badges have been revised as follows

- 2 badges per 9 sqm free of charge

- 2 badges maximum per 9 sqm at 25€ per badge + statutory Portuguese VAT 20% (= 30€)

The number of badges are proportional to the number of sqm of the Exhibitor booth, i.e. a multiple of 9 sqm.

- all additional badges requested by an Exhibitor will necessitate regular full registrations at the corresponding rates (see registration conditions).
