A Working Group  is a group of members within one of the existing Sections who are working on similar fields of scientific expertise and who wish to collaborate and exchange ideas on specific projects and methodological issues.

There are presently 6 Working Groups. They are listed in the left margin navigation bars. We invite you also to visit the Sections page.

The main task  is to work within the scope of a specified Section on specific projects within their field of expertise. Each Section member may belong to several Working Groups.

It is also the duty of the Working Group to help the chairman of the Section to maintain an appropriate body of abstract reviewers for the ESICM Annual Congress

Reporting  the group's activities to the related Section is the responsibility of the elected chairman who will participate in the meetings of the Section, usually twice a year. The Working Group will benefit from a meeting room during the ESICM Annual Congress.

How to participate?  Contact the chairman of the Working Group you are interested in. First register to the related Section by using My data page (only available to ESICM/ESPNIC members who are logged in). Thank you for your cooperation.
